// About

DaftForge is a workshop for the stuff nobody else wants to fix.

Messy spreadsheets. Weekly manual processes that burn half a day. Systems that should integrate but do not. I specialize in the operational friction most teams simply learn to tolerate: repetitive work, brittle workflows, and problems labeled “too complicated” or “not possible.”

Everything I build is real and maintainable: open-source tools, version-controlled code on GitHub, and tests that verify actual behavior—not just compliance theater. No proprietary black boxes. No vaporware. No system only its creator can operate.

That approach comes from more than a decade working in multi-entity management environments across the United States, including franchise and restaurant operations where training, consistency, and execution matter every day. I understand the gap between a strategic goal and the operational reality required to achieve it—and I build systems that close it

Build the thing. Test it into the ground. Document it. Hand you the keys.

Easy peasy.
